Timeslips® serves the billing needs of more law

TIMESLIPS® has been the premier billing package for professionals
who bill by their time since its introduction in 1985. It has been recognized
as the best billing package by countless legal and accounting journals
and reviews, and has significantly increased market share with each major
upgrade. In virtually every study comparing billing programs for attorneys
or accountants, Timeslips has been the reviewers' favorite and the users'
favorite. In one university study published in the Journal of Accountancy
the authors rated user satisfaction after switching from one billing program
to another. Timeslips showed the greatest user satisfaction, despite being
the least expensive. It was the most frequently switched to and the least
frequently switched from. Pretty much owning the legal, consultant, and

latest release, version 2006, is the eighth version of Timeslips (9, 9.1, 10, 10.5, 11, 2004, 2005)
since it was totally rewritten in 1998. For anyone who hasn't upgraded since version 11, v2006 fixes
the problem of converting several billing templates to dozens or more on unlabelled templates. There

Prior to Timeslips®, billing programs were
clunky and expensive. They were not available for less than typically thousands
of dollars, and you had to adjust your billing procedure dramatically to
fit the way the software worked. Most of those programs are gone now as
Timeslips® continuously acquired a larger and larger market
share. Most are struggling, and new ones are disappearing every year.
